Meet The Instructors

Our staff includes instructors who bring professional training and experience to teaching all levels and styles of dance in our studio.
Kelly Morris’ passion for dance and working with girls of all ages is what helps make Elite Dance Company a fun and effective learning experience. It is not only about teaching the art of dance, but also teaching teamwork, self-confidence and respect. The bonding and friendships that transpire because of this program is just a bonus!
Kelly has been dancing for 16 years. She was part of her high school dance line for four years and continued into college. In high school, Kelly was captain and helped her team bring home a State Championship. She has been coaching dance since 1997, at which time she began the dance program at Nicollet Junior High. When Kelly is not dancing, she is busy keeping up with her two little girls, Natalie and Camie.
Tami Harms begins her sixth year of teaching at Andrea's Dance Works, Inc. Prior to teaching, she was an assistant teacher for two years and a student with our studio for four years. Tami loves working with children and always knew that whatever career she chose, children would play a huge role. She feels incredibly blessed that this opportunity allows her to combine the two things she loves the most, children and dancing. Tami plays an important role in the studio's development and growth. Her positive attitude, talent, love of dance, and energy are a gift to all her students.
Kelli Allen is a sophomore at the College of St. Benedict in St Joseph, MN, majoring in psychology in the honors program. Her dance experience includes 8 years of dancing with Andrea's Dance Works, Inc. as well as three years as an assistant and one year as a teacher. She danced with the Minnesota Vikings in their annual half time show for two years and was a member of Andrea's All Stars competition group. She was active in National Honor Society, Student Council, Band, and Choir while a student at Glencoe/Silver Lake High School. We are excited to have Kelli as a part of our staff this year while she furthers her education.
Our office manager handles all of the "paperwork" involved with helping our studio run as smoothly as it does.
Renee Rocheleau has been working as our Office Manager for 7 years, the same age as her twin girls. Renee holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and English and has worked previously as the Director of Training and Development for a national hotel chain as well as a Human Resources Director for a small property development company. When she's not working in the office, Renee is busy running her daughters to dance and tumbling classes or teaching scrapbooking classes at area domestic violence shelters. If you need Renee's assistance with a particularly difficult matter, we recommend bribing her with dark chocolate!
